How To Get Your Guitar Fixed

  • Step 1

    • Use one of the buttons on this website to email me and request an estimate or service. You can also call or text.
    • From there, we will work out a time for you to stop by.

  • Step 2

    • Drop your guitar off at 1309 Smith Rd, Crofton
    • Once you park you'll see signage directing you to the side door.
    • ​You can call me at 250-533-9360 if you have any trouble. 

  • Step 3

    • You'll get an email with service info and ways to pay when your guitar is ready. 
    • Usually 1-2 days later depending on the nature of the service.
    • You can schedule your pick up time by emailing me back.

    Specially ordered and custom fit to your guitar, a Tusq nut will upgrade your sound and playability. Made of synthetic ivory which self lubricates, Tusq nuts are known for their superior tonal clarity and increased sustain, tone and tuning stability.

  • Full Fret Dressing

    With uneven frets, the dreaded "buzz" will still remain, even after a setup. A Fret Dressing (level, crown and polish) should remove most imperfections or buzzing and ensure that your guitar plays smoothly and with optimal intonation. Includes a full setup.

  • Fret Ends

    Sharp fret ends or "fret sprout" can make a guitar extremely uncomfortable or even unplayable. By filing away the sharp ends and re bevelling if necessary, we can have your guitar feeling as comfortable as your favourite worn in pair of jeans.
